Big feelings, small hands, zero prep.
Social-emotional learning resources that help little kids name what they're feeling and make good choices — designed by a teacher who knows you don't have a free hour to prep them.
Resources for the moments that actually happen
The meltdown at the carpet. The friend who won't share. The transition that falls apart every single day. These are built for those.
Emotion Regulation & Check-Ins
Emotions wheels, feelings charts and two-minute check-ins that give children language for what's happening inside.
4 resources →Kindness & Social Skills
Friendship, inclusion and noticing other people — taught through crafts and discussion rather than a poster about being nice.
6 resources →Classroom Management
Callback signals, routine cards and organisation supports that cut down on how many times a day you repeat yourself.
4 resources →Seasonal & Holiday
Fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving and end-of-year sets that keep the SEL work going when the calendar gets loud.
12 resources →Back to School
Icebreakers, goal setting and all-about-me activities that get children talking to each other on day one.
5 resources →Alphabet & Early Literacy
Letter recognition, beginning sounds and fine motor centers you can set out and leave alone.
4 resources →Start with the free feelings chart
A one-page chart for your calm down corner that little kids can point at when they don't yet have the words. Colour and ink-friendly versions.

"I love turning big concepts into kid-friendly activities that students can truly connect with."
Welcome to my little corner of the internet, where I get to share my passion for SEL resources. My store is all about creating engaging social-emotional learning activities that help students make sense of their feelings, choices and everyday situations — without overwhelming teachers.
My goal is to help students build real-life skills like emotional regulation, decision-making and confidence through hands-on activities and discussion-based lessons. Everything is designed to be low-prep, meaningful and easy to implement in real classrooms.
